Is electronicsforce.com Safe?

From my review on their facebook page: They don't even deserve one star. I don't know who these people are who give them 5 stars. Paid off or something? Dunno? Maybe when they actually deliver the product you want it's ok, but god forbid you need to return something. They try to rip you off if you have a return. The re-stocking fee, pffff! Their shipping costs happen to be 25% more than what I paid to have it returned. They called me at work and explained all this to me, but then told me that I was going to get a second refund because they can't seem to get it right and give me my full amount the first time?? I wait and wait, no refund. I am having to follow up with them again!? Why? Shady as hell man! I don't trust these guys. Never again. I highly advise not to purchase from this company. If they just had costs I didn't agree with I would have dropped it, but they do not honor their word. Bad business.
