Elisa is one of the leading telecom providers in Finland, but their mobile plans are priced higher than those of their competitors. Additionally, the customer service experience can feel slow or impersonal at times. More competitive pricing and quicker support would make it more appealing.

Usean huonon asiakaskokemuksen vuoksi olen tarkoituksella hankkiutunut Elisan ja Saunalahden palveluista eroon, mutta taas ne sotkevat asioitani, tällä kertaa koska olen Anvian valokaapeliasiakas, ja koska omistavat nyt suuren osan kyseisestä yrityksestä.

their brand Saunalahti cheap mobile agreements carry a clause that "you agree to receive marketing"...the end result is spam emails from elisa.fi which you cannot avoid. very annoying, especially since I am an old saunalahti customer,,,this spamming is a later addition.

Soitin Elisan Asiakaspalveluun ***** 2008.Jouduin odottamaan puhelimessa yli puolituntia. Odotusaika on mielestäni liian pitkä, koska Elisa laskuttaa minua sen ajan mukaan. Lähetin heille viestin,mutta en ole saanut vastausta ainankaan vielä. Palvelua ei voida pitää hyvänä.
