Good site centering on cutting out refined ingredients. They focus on almond flour, coconut flour, gluten free, chickpea flour, agave sugar with a gi of 15 (some people will convince you high fructose corn syrup is fructose too so there's no difference) but that's just the industry lying to you, by the time hfcs is done the process its at 60 on the gi scale vs 25 with regular cane sugar. They also have recipes that cut all sugars out altogether. In no way does calming the fact refined sugars flours and trans fat does your body harm, equate to medical quackery. In fact the person who claimed that is ignorant, and should not even be reviewing sites.

Nice and friendly recipes. Although I'm not a 'paleo' or a staunch 'clean eater' or a 'crunchy' survivalist fearful of chemicals (to make a phrase), as long as no one worships everything they see on any one person's blog/website but makes use of what it has to offer them, then I see this website as quite useful.

Yet another blog by either a scientifically illiterate amateur or a dishonest fraud. It relies on unsubstantiated claims, specious reasoning, medical quackery, and pseudoscience to try and convince ignorant and gullible people to make changes in their health under the assumption that it's beneficial to them. Unsurprisingly, the author earns money through affiliate links. Regardless of whether using questionable advice to earn money or just having a platform for uninformed opinions was the purpose of this site, I would strongly advise you seek health, diet, and nutritional advice from credible sources—not a "holistic wellness" blog by a "Nutritional Therapy Practitioner".
