I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this company, which compels me to warn others: THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. NEVER TRUST THEM. From the outset, their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. After placing an order, I encountered numerous issues. The product quality was subpar, significantly differing from what was advertised. The delivery was delayed without any communication from the company. Attempts to resolve these issues were met with indifference and a lack of accountability. Furthermore, their refund policy is misleading, making it almost impossible to get your money back.
