Is epubor.com Safe?

Epubor does NOT convert new kindle books (with extension AZW3) - in spite of their claim to the contrary. They refused to refund my purchase. Instead, they wanted to extort more money from me. They wanted me to purchase their "Kindle Converter" in order to fix the problem with the product (Epubor) that I already paid for.

Horrible service, I DL the program under the 30 days guarantee. It didn't work so i requested my refund after many messages basically drilling me for why and all my information after i had already uninstalled it and deregistered it they wanted screenshots of it not working or for someone to remotely access my computer. When i said no, just a refund they stopped talking to me. When to the live chat they wanted screen shots, i said no it didnt work its already gone i dont have screen shots, i found another way to get what it needed was asked "why? is that why you want the money back" I said yes, I went and bought the book and scanned what I needed into a pdf for personal use. Then they can't do the refund i have to log into a different company site and request a refund from another company its a scam for money. They just run you in circles or dont reply.

Hi, i have a really good experience with them, since they changed their staff. I couldn't remove a drm of a book i just purchased and they took the labor to do it them self and send me the file in a really good shape. And they response time was almost instant, i don't think you can ask more when they technically did it for free without knowing me. It really saved me cause i needed that file drm removed to translate it in order to study the important book. I recommend them, specially Ada Wang for being so helpful and taking her time to answer an email from someone that didn't purchased the software, can you ask more from a company? now a days they wont even answer the clients, what they did for me has no words it was an outstanding behavior they do deserve the highest rating. There is no words for how much grateful i am since they helped me way too much! in exchange for nothing, i was on really a need, searched across all the internet to remove that drm and tested all programs, and they saved my ass literally. I found their site when I was trying to find a solution to the poor support Barnes and Noble provide for their eBooks on Apple products. I purchased their software to remove the DRM. The software works as advertised by removing the DRM (for the legal owner) which allows me to use the eBook reader of MY choice and not the eBook suppliers I use Nook for Mac, which does not work. Then you are forced to use Nook Study, which is limited as well. The program supplied by Epubor allows me to use my purchased eBooks with iBooks, which is a very good reader! I had some technical problems and when I contacted their support, they have answer in detail and provided me with a new license to help me get their product working.
