I purchased a Min Pin back in 2016. Within a week my dog came down with some really bad Mange. Had a bunch of red spots all over his body. Got in contact with europuppy because he was still under the "health Warranty" . Turns out he needed 1 more mange spot to qualify to get his vet bills paid for. THAT PISSED ME OFF! so right from that i knew something was up because the vet said he must have gotten it from the mother. On top of that he has Alopecia and the most sensitive stomach known to dogs. I feel so bad for people falling for their "we sell the healthiest dogs possible" slogan. Also I found out that the photos of his "parents" that they posted on their website were indeed not his parents. I found the same pics on Google tied to another website. Scamy company . Fingers crossed my puppy doesn't have any more health issues .

I purchased a dog 6 months ago and still No dog! After spending more than $5500 on the dog, They keep giving excuses as to why the dog hadn't shipped. There terms and conditions (open contract) state in section 8&9 that they will not refund your money for any delays with shipping which means this happens often and they can send you the dog after a year. I have seen similar reviews from other people as well. Wish I would have seen it before I purchased. Never again! They respond immediately when you send them money, but shipping your puppy....Not so much. Be prepared for excuses and delays and getting a full grown dog at a puppy price.

I recently moved to Spain and found out a week later from my ex-partner that my beloved Dandi Dinmont had died. I have had dogs all my life. After a couple of weeks decided I wanted a puppy. I had been thinking about a dachshund for a while. I googled and searched looking for one in Spain without much luck then came across Europuppy. I was so impressed with the website. I was, probably like many other people having doubts about buying a puppy from another country and without ever seeing it or the parents for that matter. I found George (Mite) and fell in love with him. I contacted Europuppy and started my enquiries. The help and assistance I received from Melinda and Stuart was superb. There wasn't one question they didn't answer. The process was so easy. The only difficult bit was waiting for George to arrive. When that day came it was such an easy process at the airport. Paperwork and puppy collected all within half an hour. He was gorgeous. I took him to my local vet the next day just to have him checked over. The vet said he was very healthy and a lovely dog. He has definitely settled in very well. He is a very loving and cuddly dog. Apart from usual puppy biting he is very well behaved. He has just found his voice and goodness does he like it! I would have no second thoughts about buying another dog from Europuppy. Again would like to thank Melinda and Stuart for all their help you have been amazing.

An excellent site and superb customer service every step of the way from the team, starting from day one. I had my wire-haired dachshund with me in NYC within two weeks of first finding her on the site. The process was smooth and they all responded to emails within minutes. No idea how given the time zones. At the Newark airport, customs people said they had never had anyone with all the paperwork, fees paid, etc. PERFECT! Hanna is a love. She has adjusted in one week. I will get another doxie from europuppy one day!

I have used Europuppy to purchase an Airedale puppy that had to be imported from Hungary. On the site I was shown several options of puppies for sale including pictures and short videos. Once I selected and reserved a puppy the Europuppy personnel could not have been more helpful. I had over 17 e-mails or correspondence and was given helpful information on where to look for puppy health and welfare. Europuppy handled all the shipping arrangements so I had no problems with language or import /export documentation. The pick up from Bordeaux airport cargo area was easy and my puppy was well protected in a very good shipping crate. In my experience this was a very slick and professional operation.

I would like to the tell the readers about the excellent cooperation I had with the management and the staff of Euro Puppy, from the moment of order until the arrival of the puppy in my home, when they wanted to make sure everything went well. The credibility of the staff is remarkable; The puppy you choose from the pictures is exactly the one you will receive, there are no surprises along the way. Even if you want to be more than 100% confident about the appearance of your chosen Pup, ask for more videos and photos from whichever angle you would like, and the Contact Person will happily upload them to the site. I must add that due to administrative reasons in my country (different working days, installing a new customs system for 4 days), the crew had to cancel two orders and to book new flights. In addition, a new Certification was required from the veterinarian because the first one expired 10 days later. All this "headache" was treated by the team, with understanding, and with no hint of dissatisfaction and in very proffesional way. Special thanks to Tibor and Stuart for their outstanding service. This is my second experience with ***** I have purchased Daphne (Jasmine) in 2011 a Chocolate Labrador arrived in June 2011 to be exact and now Anton (Bruno) German Shorthaired Pointer arrived in August 2017. Everything went smoothly and they have addressed most of my concerns and requests. I have dealt with both Melinda Vida and Melinda Marczali in terms of Customer Service and Tibor at the end for logistical matters; he was very knowledgeable and professional. The whole ***** team I encountered were both professional and helpful. I always got prompt replies and I highly recommend ***** and wouldn't go anywhere else for a pure breed puppy. In terms of improvement I would suggest that ***** always ask their breeders to include both Sire and Dam pictures along with that of the puppy. One final suggestion is that they add the client's email to airway bill tracking sites; it's free and the client gets an email every time the puppy arrives or is loaded which is convenient and reassuring. I have done so myself since I'm familiar with shipping and tracking through third party websites. Other than that, please keep up the great work and wonderful hassle free experience you offer.

I had a super experience with Euro puppy! All my questions were answered right away. My contact in Euro Puppy was Melinda Vida, who was very helpful and gave me regular updates on my puppy (Cane Corso)! At first i was very skeptical about ordering a puppy on line, but now i can recommend it to anyone! My puppy arrived by plane exactly when they said she would and she was healthy and clean!

Three days ago I received my puppy ordered though EuroPuppy website. After moving to a new country, I was looking to buy a chihuahua, and while browsing Europuppy website, I came across a photo of a pup that really won my heart. I inquired about the dog, and Melinda replied explaining the pet import regulations for the UAE. She honestly advised that the puppy I chose was only 2 months and I wouldn't be able to receive him until he reaches 6 months, and offered me to find a similar dog that is old enough to travel. I still went ahead and reserved the puppy that I liked from the first sight. During 4 months of the wait, I received a lot of updates about the puppy as well as his photos and videos. As a first-time dog owner, I had a lot of questions, and Melinda and Akos patiently explained all the things I needed to know. They provided me with detailed information on what things to purchase before the puppy's arrival, how to take care of him, what potential issues I might face in the first days, and most importantly, how to obtain all the necessary documents and permits from relevant authorities. The dog arrived when it was planned from the beginning. All the process with cargo, customs and vet screening went very smoothly. I took the puppy to the vet on the next day, who confirmed that the puppy is perfectly healthy. The character and temperament of this puppy is exactly as it was described by the breeder, so no surprises. All in all, I am very satisfied with my new dog and with the service received from EuroPuppy team. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase a healthy and beautiful pure-bred dog.

I bought a puppy via this site. The puppy is healthy and just as promised. I loved the customer service, they were there for me all the time and answered all my questions fast! I do not regret buying my puppy 'online'. I got lots of advice, pictures and videos of my puppy before its arrival, so I knew what to expect. I have had dogs before, so maybe that also helped.

My friend, an owner of a Pug and a Pomeranian actually referred me to Euro Puppy.     Initially I wanted a trusted source that provides the best care for the Animal and customer and so I started to browse the website which is extremely easy to navigate through. I read all of the FAQ which is all that you need to know and did the ‘’responsible dog owner exam’’ and spent days reading about the breed to make sure it is suitable and reviews of people who recently obtained the same breed and thenfinally reserved it.   While trying to reserve, I encountered an internet issue that interrupted the reservation and that is when I received an e-mail from Melinda asking about what had happened. I replied and updated her when my reservation was a success, at 12 A.M 3+ GMT Melinda promptly answered all my questions which gave me self-assurance that I’m dealing with professionals here that truly care about their customers.   After you’ve made the reservation, they (the sales and customer service team) will follow up with you regarding documentation and shipping.   As for the website, it is extremely easy to navigate through  and provides you with A-Z information that is related to your breed.

europuppy.com was always ethical and helpful. When we had questions Ákos Tolvaj and Melinda Vida were wonderful. They answered each question fully with promptness even though we had 6-7 hour time zone differences. We received our puppy January 5th, 2017 and couldn't be happier ! Alfred is my first puppy in my life and, of course, I only want possibly the best for me. With the EURO Puppy team, Melinda, Akos and zoli, help me a lot through this journey. I believe in order to provide such a great support, it has to come from the foundation that they all love dogs and so they understand how it feels when the dog can live in a good home. Did I exaggerate things? Well....At least this is what I can do to express my gratitude for their help. Put it this way, I am going to have my second baby from this site.

I was in the need for adding another Great Dane into my family, this time I wanted one internationally. I seached through numerous of sites/ breeders and had difficulties in trying to get a reply back. Europuppy got back in contact with me right away. They answered all my questions and concerns, in being this was my first time getting a puppy interantionally, I had a lot of questions. They keep you up to date on the process in getting you your puppy to you. Their site is easy to search through and very informative on the right puppy you are searching for. In the future I will be using their services again and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a puppy.

Being in the customer service industry myself, I always like to point out a good experience when I have one. I am currently in the process of purchasing my third puppy from Euro Puppy. I have nothing but good things to say as I've worked with the service for over 10 years. Response time, updates, professionalism and customer service have always been awesome. They are always quick to answer my additional questions and keep me updated on how my puppy is doing as I wait which is SOOOO hard!! I actually tired to purchase a puppy from a local breeder, I'm in the states, and I was scammed. Very heartbreaking. So I'm at ease when using euro puppy and I would highly recommend Euro Puppy to anyone looking for a new baby to add to their family!

Well euro puppy treated me well, I'm from Saudi Arabia and I was expecting that to fly Manon (my incredible Pomeranian puppy) all the way to Riyadh will be awful, but guess what?! It was super easy and Steve was super nice and he helped me a lot!! Thank u all (team of euro puppy) for giving me the best gift in LIFE!! I love manon moms loves her and my brothers and sisters adores her!! Thank u thank u thank u !!!

I had a wonderful experience with Euro puppy!! From the first email I sent they responded right away. Any questions I had they were very helpful and I received regular updates on my puppy!! I ordered my puppy when he was only a week old, so there were alot of updates! I found them to be very professional and friendly. I was very skeptical about ordering a puppy on line and especially since I'm from Canada....that puppy had to travel a long way! Lol Anyways.... he arrived exactly when they said he would, he was healthy, happy and clean!! And I would recommend europuppy to anyone!

I've had 2 bad experiences with europuppy.com (Steve Harding), first time I've asked for an updated pic of both the puppy and sire then after DAYS he only sent the sire pic.. i reserved the pup anyways cuz i love the breed a lot (Samoyed) and can't resist the overload of cuteness, 3 days later i told him that i'm ready to pay the full amount; he told me later that the breeder has sold the puppy and that a new litter will be available in the next couple of days and said: "To save cost for both you and us, let me hold on to it to we can move the deposit across, if now we will refund in full". After that i waited 9 days and no pups so i asked him for a refund and he didn't answer my email I've waited another 2 days and still no answer then i opened a dispute with Paypal and still no answer for 2 or 3 days then I've escalated the dispute to a claim and after few hours Paypal have concluded their investigation into my claim so I've received a refund! *Second time: after 22 days (yesterday) a new Samoyed litter was listed so i wanted to give them another chance and what happened? the same; a day after the reservation, Steve contacted me and said that the breeder has sold the puppy AGAIN (WHY LET US RESERVE IF THE BREEDER IS GOING TO SELL IT NO MATTER WHAT!) and he wanted to sell me the male instead of the female! .. i refused and i ask for a refund but no answer. (AS ALWAYS) Anyways I regret trying and also regret giving them another chance, BAD customer experience. BEWARE!! (My evidence? is our emails and Paypal's and screen captures of the transactions)
