Is evanshalshaw.com Safe?

Please avoid this dealer. I have bought a used car last year from Evans Halshaw Peugot (28 August 2011). However, the company advertised the car that it has service history and we also agreed that the company will replae door handle on their cost at their branch. I have spent months pursuing the door handle replacement and service book (which employee from the company has lost). In mid December, I received a phone call from EHP (Evans Halshaw Peugot) to book a time for door handle replacement (I have even agreed that it can be painted used door handle!). So, I booked the replacement just after New Year. I had to be early in the morning on Saturday. I had to drive 80miles one way to find out that the door handle has not even been ordered! So, they told me, that I can replace the door handle at local service and send the papers to them. I did this and they still didn't cover the costs! They also promised me to give at least duplicate of service book. This also didn't happen! The manager of the seller was not supportive at all and I think they will go away with this. At the moment, I am in process of executing what I diserve including going to court. It is pathetic that you spend a lot of money on a car and you are not treated as customer. I will never buy a car from Evans Halshaw again! I have heard a lot of complaints about this dealer. Unfortunately, after I bought my car. Hope you can save your money and time here and buy your car elsewhere.
