It is a direct but fake copy of evasion.com.
If you follow the link to download Geeksnow, it is full to the brim with other intrusive and unwanted programs. Chrome also reports the installer as being malware.

This site provides software to jailbreak iOS phones. While it may be illegal, some people (like me) find it to be a right, not a privelege and are standing up to make the right to jailbreak legal again. Then again, it's in uninforced law.
