Is exelator.com Safe?

Not just, "No," but "Oh, hell, no!" When I googled exelator com (without the period in between), the first hit is a one of Google's summaries that reads, "The Loadm.exelator virus is a nasty hijacker which keeps redirecting your browser to Loadm.exelator.com website which is a commercial site making profit from online users. This redirection actually happens because of a corrupt addon which can integrate with Firefox, Chrome, Internet explorer or Safari.Jul 26, 2014" Every other entry on the first page of hit is either asking how to remove the exelator "virus" from their machine or instructions on how to do so. Apparently, at least one of the "products" from this site was one of the many fake "we found a virus, now pay us to 'upgrade' and we'll remove it from your system" scams. I don't care if this site has cleaned up their act and is simply an ad supplier, nothing from this site is ever getting accepted by me.
