My personal experience with exigent over 8 months Pros: Cheap service and decent value\hardware As I was using it over 8 months it was 99%+ uptime. Cons: Customer service. This alone is the ONLY reason I left. Not 24:\7 support like they say, my average wait time was about 8 hours, with some taking days.(recent ticket completely ignored) Going back to customer service- I will try to keep it short and sweet on here Took MONTHS after repeated tickets to cancel an add-on "Can you please remove XXXXX at the next billing cycle" "Please remove addon" etc etc several times. Months later, nothing changed and in the end I sent them a message saying something to the effect of "This is the last time I'm asking to remove the addon, I will refuse to pay for any more invoices related to the addon". They never replied, A couple weeks later,  My service was disconnected on a weekend. Of-course I was furious. After finally getting the service restored I was warned for calling them up on the weekend that the request will cost $75 Lol? Phone call was also unpleasant, it started out with me calling and saying "Hello, I'm xxxx I'm just calling about a service that has wrongfully been disconnected" His reply, ......."Hello" and nothing....... shortly after the conversation he proceeded to argue with me how I was wrong in the whole ordeal. So that was my first negative experience - After that, I wanted to leave. I started the process of moving my VPS away from exigent to another company. After the service had been switched over to the new provider, I sent a cancellation request for the server I migrated away. Oh they canceled it alright, along with every other service I had with them(I actually specified the service number in the cancellation request). I don't even have access to my domain now(which I planned to migrate), and because of that I have again sent them a message, now they refuse to reply to my messages. (They seem to almost obviously ignore some tickets and reply to others) Now pursuing legal advice... I am lucky that I have every email from start to finish and that  we are both in the same country so that Australian consumer law protects me.
