They sent me a used, unsanitary, and unsealed item, then expected me to pay shipping costs to return for a store credit. They can’t be trusted and have poor ethics.

I placed an order in november and still waiting for it to turn up after reaching end of January. i have contacted them and they now want me to pay a international shipping cost as they don't know where order has gone. They won't waiver the shipping cost and wont allow me to have a refund. very poor service and customer service

These people were perfect. I placed one order, I got all the expected emails and more, my order arrived in a hurry, everything was perfect. I can not ask for more then what I got. As good as any site can be.
