Btc to advcash.i sent to btc. i do high fee (2,75 usd) because Confirmation is short. waiting 6 confirmation. but he says 'we dont exchange and refunded'. he sent to btc but btc fee 0,18 usd. i think 5-10 hours waiting for confirmation. his is your fault ! you must sent btc high fee. 5 hours waiting 0 confirmation.

You don't get the amount of money you request. I've done an exchange with bitcoin > okpay and let me tell you, the amount of money you ask for changes as soon as you press the confirmation button. And it changes again the moment they send you. For my case, it took more than 1 hour for the exchange to happen. Will not use again.
