Is fabletics.com Safe?

Shopping men apparel here is a pleasure for me, when I was to Cali. The service has almost no flaws, imho. As I am into sports I bought some equipment + special sportswear. I love that they have various promotional things like 3 things for just $12, various vip offers and all that.It's not a big deal to create an order and wait for the delivery. They are always timely, without serious delays and this is what makes them quite appealing in my opinion. Maybe some flaws exist about them, but I can't specify any of those who turned out to be crucial for me.

I ordered a clothing item that did not fit. They made it very difficult to return. Finally they credited money but quitely charged $49.50. When asked they say that is the VIP member fee. Asked for a refund, the guy runs a sales pitch like a parrot. Don't trust these guys with your credit card number.

I tried to unsubscribe for the site, which i had not subscribe to receive emails. When i tried to unsubscribe fro the site I received a message to call the customer reps and it gave me the number to call. There is a little more said about customer reps being able to assist with choosing their outfits, this is not exact as said in the call them message. The message is too much like i call to unsubscribe and will very likely have a customer rep try to talk me into staying subscribed, selling me something, some recommended clothing item, anything to try keeping me subscribed and buy, i have not called them as i do not want this company to have my number. i think it is extremely wrong, rude, unethical, and more that i have to call to unsubscribe especially a site i never subscribed to. I saw on the site 2 other companies which i have received emails from them without signing up to them, so i do fully feel i am receiving spam due to the company fabletics, that is the company of these 3 that i received emails from 1st, unsolicited emails at that, which again i cannot unsubscribe from unless i call them. any 800 type number you call u cannot block your number those Free call 800 numbers can & do get your phone number.

I have made several purchases from this site. All were of good quality, shipped promptly, and received in good condition. I took advantage of a special offer which was honored. I have never received any "spam" in relation to this website. I recommend it to anyone who is interested in reasonably-priced yoga apparel.

I was surprised to see a negative WOT rating based on one comment. This is a perfectly appropriate shopping website. I've ordered from Fabletics, and received my order in a timely manner. The outfit I ordered was as depicted on their website. Their return policy is great.

I started receiving order confirmation and product returns emails from this store but had never place an order with them. It looks as though someone may have created an account with one of my email addresses without actually having ownership of it. I have contacted them to delete my account. I will post an update and possibly update my rating if/when I year back from them. If I don’t I will report them to the FCC.
