This site is really suspect to me. Not only does he yammer on and on about nothing at all, spinning the listener in huge circles, he acts high and mighty about other diet fads when it seems as if he's selling one himself! Also, upon leaving, you get TWO annoying popups that try and hold you to the site... VERY annoying! The woman may as well have not spoken (she comes in after you listen to him for a LONG TIME) as she only repeats what he said! They show a few photos (faces only, NO body shots and NO date stamps), and there is no video of a spokesperson or any legitimate testimonials saying his program works. Steer WAY clear!

This comment is about WOT, not the weight-loss site. WOT shows two thumbs down and zero thumbs up, despite there being thumbs-up comments among the thumbs-down ones. I have mentioned before that WOT needs to rethink its rating methods, but does WOT have to care what anyone thinks about WOT? Nope. As to the site--as one of the commentors mentioned--the hard exercise works--but strictly for people who can tolerate hard exercise. The six or more small meals are reasonable for everyone--but it doesn't take $4.95 to know that.

The presentation is typical in that it employs a lot of the same tactics that other similar sites use: lots of roundabout information designed to lure you into continuing to watch. When I finally decided to close the tab in my browser, it (the site) tried two more times to keep me with it. That was a little annoying.
