The site distributes what users upload. You can't download without a link. If you have gotten a link you must know what you are downloading.

I've only rated privacy, deep red, for 2 reasons. While the Privacy Policy is very open about collecting all your data and processing by 3rd parties, the partner processing the data is SuperComm which seem to have a very bad reputation ref: ***** The partnership alone is enough to concern me to the integrity of the site trustworthiness. Lastly, they do admit in their terms of service that there is a chance of getting a virus - "filehosting cannot guarantee that the provided files are virus-free", that disclaimer suggests to me that there is some files that will be riddled with malicious content, so be careful what you download. I haven't had time to investigate other aspects of the site for a full rating, but privacy is definitely a red for me.
