Is findfast.org Safe?

I went to a site labeled "Facts about the History of NEVADA ***“ [sic] on a Bing search results. That link took me to a findfast.org that had a brief introductory text about Nevada with blue highlighted key phrases, looking like links to click for more information. But those links are instead to an advertising (Kelly Blue Book) site instead of to the highlighted topics. The site is not the worst because it show thumbnails of the Kelley site that make one suspicious that is what will happen when you click on a link. After clicking on a link that took me to the Kelly page, I also found that “MacKeeper" appeared in my browser history.
