As soon as you select check out, and before registration the site essentially changes to the shopping cart "https://www.flags.com/checkout" and becomes a secure server for registration and checkout. The information that you register with is not sold to anyone. We don't even send newsletters, though there is an opt-in/out check box for that. I hope this addresses your concerns.
On what basis did you take an action that could wreck a smal business dependent upon the 'net to survive??? I know these people. Unless you're claiming someone has done a hack in the past few days, there is nothing wrong with the site. I would sooner trust the flags.com people than you any day in the week. Unsafe for children(???) That's even worse than the outrageous ratings for vendor reliability and privacy. If you think they're untrustworthy, you don't know the meaning of the word. And don't just blame the visitors to your site. You have responsibility because browsers are relying on your ratings to warn people away from visiting sites. This has completely shaken my trust in your ratings. Don't you check anything to make sure you're not be suckered by a competitor? *****

For anyone concerned regarding the privacy of our WHOIS directory: Keeping such a registry private is a good business practice. We have enough people calling trying to sell their web-related service when we simply want to focus on running a business and helping our customers. Showing all of that registry information allows others to scam and target any company. Also you will not find links to email addresses. There are bots that crawl website code looking for such email addresses to spam. However our phone number and address are freely available in our header/ footer. Feel free to google our address and if your in the area, stop by.
