2012 habe ich den Service bei flirtcafe gekündigt. Trotz Bestätigung der Kündigung versucht Filtrate bis heute ***** monatlich 57€ ab zu buchen. Sie drohen mit Gericht mit Inkasso etc. Ich war deswegen beim Rechtsanwalt. Der Versichert mir ich müsse mir keine Sorgen machen. Ein Dialog mit Filtrate hat als Ergebnis gebracht dass ich den Beweis der Kündigung erbringen soll. Den habe ich natürlich nicht mehr leider ! Ein Postfach habe ich auch nicht mehr welches ich wenigstens weiterhin nutzen könnte weil es bei der ersten Kündigung gelöscht wurde. Ich müsste praktisch ein zweites Postfach erstellen und für das dann auch mit zahlen :)

Kündigung wird ignoriert. Support Anfragen ignoriert. Aber beim Drohen mit Mahnung und Inkasso sind sie schnell! HALTET EUCH VON DIESER SEITE FERN!!!

Vorsicht ! Vor dem Anmelden AGB und "BGB-Infos" sehr gut lesen. Aktuell (22.05.2013) kostet der Service 19 Euro pro Woche. Es wird jeden Monat abgebucht = 76 Euro. Laufzeit 6 Monate = 456 Euro. Bei solchen Preisen lohnt es sich, sich etwas Zeit zu nehmen *zwinker"

Achtung, auf einmal hat man einen Vertrag an der Backe und es beginnen die unberechtigten Abbuchungen, erst als ich einen Anwalt eingeschaltet hatte und der mit Klage drohte war der Spuk vorbei
