This company sucks! My mother bought flowers for her step mother's funeral, during the call they promise they'd deliver it by tomorrow noon, which they never did. Now she called them and asked for her money back, got transferred 50 times, and still didn't get her refund. Even worse, they upped the price drastically (Was never told the actual price). So basically, this was a ripoff/scam!

Put in an order for flowers and got to the order confirmation page. I hit the Confirm button to authorize the order and the final invoice came back with an additional $19.99 "Service Charge" and a $10.89 "Sales Fee" that were not present on the order confirmation page. The company is engaging in bait and switch pricing. Immediately called them to cancel the order and reached an offshore customer rep. Was asked a battery of questions and then was told that my refund request was being submitted for approval. Will follow up with them and post further info when available.

My wife purchased a delivery for me to arrive at work for an event. The flowers NEVER arrived, not even late! We have been trying to request a refund for the past 3 days and they loop us into and endless "never answering" phone loop. Crooked.

Typical bait and switch pricing tactics and constant stream of SPAM offering a price you can never get. Good luck opting out of emails
