I used to pay a subscription for this foe many years, it;'s great for professional risk consultants! They now make the same information available without a paid subscription. The information is about as credible as it can get. Top notch, and no, I am not an employee.

This is simply the website for a large world-wide property insurance organization. Nothing harmful or in any way threatening. Can't imagine why some people would have provided a negative rating.

This site is a tool for business. Companies looking for insurance or design professionals looking for information in order to provide a better product. So far – to my knowledge I haven’t been “spammed” by this site or its affiliates.
