Is fnac.es Safe?

The online navigation was clunky, making it hard to find what I wanted. Plus, the staff at the physical store seemed a bit overwhelmed and not very helpful. I love supporting local shops, but I left feeling a bit let down. It feels like they could do a lot better in both selection and customer service. Just not as impressive as I had hoped! Maybe they had a bad day, but I am afraid to give them another try.

FNAC has an awesome selection of products in Spain! I've always found what I'm looking for. However, I've noticed that the help from the staff can be hit or miss sometimes. If they had a bit more training, it would really take the shopping experience up a notch. Still, I'm a big fan! 5/5!

Fnac es una de las cadenas de tiendas que más me gusta visitar en físico pero que en el online croe que le queda mucho por mejorar. Tienen todos los productos y puedes comprar bien pero la veo un tantao caótica y con una gran avalancha de productos que marean. Deberían estructurarla mejor, por todo lo demás genial.
