Is foolishit.com Safe?

There have been several D7 downloads responsible for triggering (false positive?) reactions from AV programs. Google Safe Browsing notes one but does not name it, and does not rate the site suspicious. SiteAdvisor flags the site as Red; the site has never been tested so this is TrustedSource picking up a third-party warning. Trend Micro and Dr Web regard ***** as suspicious, and Clean_MX has had an outstanding alert about this file since May. I don't believe there's anything malicious here but I'd like to know what it is about those files that triggers the warnings. It can't simply be that they're zipped.
