They own a template you can buy that tries to force you to use their forms and they take the information. Very old school black hat and not ok anymore.

Perfectly legit form-builder site, but you have to trust the person that built the form, which isn't formget.com. It's wide open for getting used in exploits, so be careful. (This is why we can't have nice things...)

This is a trustworthy website - it allows people to make forms which they can use on their websites to allow their customers (or whoever) to submit information. If someone has had a problem with the site before it is probably because a person of questionable intent has made a form on the site to use for their own purposes... this has nothing to do with formget.com - In the same way that ebay has untrustworthy users but is in itself a reputable company.
