Is fpsplayers.com Safe?

Good site, poor customer service. Sometimes have to wait 24 - 72 + hours to get your game server ready. This is not a automatic system to set up servers. They say they have to set up new nodes etc.... Their website lags sometimes/crashes. ***** CS:GO server doesn't have any ready made mods to install (sourcemod,metamod). I asked for them to be installed it took a week and they said they put them in but they never worked. Also I picked a US server and still got 100+ ping average and I live in the US also. Plus side is they don't charge for 128 tick servers. Just change in your configs. So I cancelled my CS:GO server. I have the RUST server which is good, but mods take 24+ hours to update on their end manually no auto update for mods. I also have a minecraft server. The only problem I've had is getting them to whitelist certain IP's so gametracker can see the server.
