Experience would be better if they STOPPED charging my card months after I'm no longer a subscriber. They replied to confirm I am not a subscriber - but have continued a monthly charge to my card. Now I regret ever using their service.

Completely useless site! I paid for a month's subscription in order to convert 3 files from MP4 to WMV - every time, on every browser, that the files finished uploading I received an error message. I tried at least 10 times per file over the course of a week, sent 4 requests for help via the site (all ignored) and several emails to addresses I found for them online (also ignored). COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know why the reviews are bad, there is no malware (that I know of) and I use this site regularly. Don't trust these bad reviews!

After being more than 10 seconds on this site it will completely wreck your taskbar/processes. Even task manager stops working at this point. Had to use secret trick to restart explorer.exe and everything was fine but this this site is definitely going on my blacklist for good.

beware if you trying to upload sensitive media, such as personal data because i just accidentally downloaded wrong file (pdf). that's contained personal data from somewhere
