I've never had a problem with this site, although I do access it through a local florist's web site.

Item ordered with express shipping (for which I paid a heavy price) did not arrive. Called customer service, they won't answer any questions. They just "take a message" and you wait and wait. I ordered perishables (cookies and muffins) that will not be delivered for 3 extra days. It is bad enough when you are sending something where timing matters...but then not to get goods that will go stale! I'm VERY dissatisfied with their service.
