Is g2play.de Safe?

I bought several games on this website, especially Steam keys. My experience was, that in one case my purchase had to get reverse transacted, because the key I bought was already in use. So I checked back at g2play wether they may give me another key and how this could be possible. The answer was, that I had to give them several screenshots of my Steam account and I had to contact Steam support when the key was used. I provided the screenshots and contacted Steam support as well, as I additionally asked Steam, how it was possible that I experience this case. The answer of Steam support was, that g2play is on a list of non-legit retailers and that I should demand my money back. I made screenshots of the conversation with Steam support and send them all to g2play. Then they wanted to give me a voucher for my next purchase for the not working key. I wasn't pleased with this, demanded my money back and finally got my money sended back to my PayPal account. The whole procedure took about one and an half week...
