gainrel.com is a counterfeit goods scam or fake web store from China selling copyright infringing items. Usually you get some low quality junk, or very often nothing, and they just steal your money. In many cases it's one way of getting to know your credit card details. Here is a very typical experience from another scam: *****

Tried to purchase shoes. Paid through PayPal. Never received my shoes and Pay Pay hasn't yet been able to resolve this issue. My credit card is also disputing the charge.. DON'T order from this website!

Searching the web for a pair of running shoes, I came across Gainrel.com. They had exactly what I was looking for and they were about $10 cheaper than anywhere else. Imagine my glee when there were absolutely NO SHIPPING CHARGES! Then, oh pure joy, they accept Pay Pal! Can it get any better? I quickly ordered those wonderful shoes. But wait, why aren't they taking me to Pay Pal to complete the transaction? OK, I'll check my email. Now why on earth would they send me a link to Pay Pal? I've never had anyone complete a sale that way before. Well, that's when I decided to check into their reviews. Thank goodness I did! I know if I had continued with the transaction I would have been scammed just like everyone else. Sure, paypal would have refunded my money, but I would have been totally stressed. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Why is this web site still operating?

DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE! DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY! I ordered a pair of boots two weeks ago. I was sent a bill which I paid and two weeks later no response from them after multiple attempts to contact them. It still says processing. I am now filling a dispute to cancel my payment with paypal and I am going to talk to the fraud dept to shut them down since I can't believe they are still up and running when I see that there are complaints about them here since October 2013!

Ordered shoes. Received confirmation of order and order number .Used paypal as means of paying. Waited the 20 days for arrival of product as requested. Then e-mailed them as they suggested on website. No response ever. Order never left processing stage. E-mailed supposed owner of website. No response there either. Have now filed complaint and claim with PayPal to resolve the issue and get money refunded.

Came across this site while searching for the best deal on a pair of boots last fall. This website said it had the boots at half the price of other sites. When checking through the website for company info, I couldn't find anything saying where they were located. I used the "contact us" form to inquire about the company and never received any type of response. The Shipping and Returns page on the site said that the shoes would be shipped from Hong Kong or China and that shipment would take at least 20 days of more. This same page was written in broken English and again offered no way to contact the supposed company. Just to see what would happen, I went ahead and submitted my order via the website shopping cart, which never asked for payment information. Instead, I received an email from an unknown email address asking me to complete payment for my gainrel.com purchase via PayPal, which I did not do. Very nice looking and intricate website, but way too many red flags. What ever US entity that is "in charge" of stopping scams of this nature needs to make sure that whenever someone is searching for shoes that a scam warning appears at the very top of every search page informing them about gainrel.com and to proceed with caution. Where the heck is Big Brother when you need him? If a website does not offer you a physical location that you can verify through other search avenues and a contact phone number, do not do business with them! If they look suspicious and are outside of the USA, be especially wary! And remember, the old adage is true, if it seems to good to be true, THEN IT IS NOT TRUE!

I ordered a pair of shoes from them that never arrived. The order page still says the order is "Processing" to this date. Tried to email the business contact several times, no response ever. Watch out - they say you should allow several weeks for the shoes to be sent out, but only accept PayPal for payment, which has 45 DAY TIME LIMIT for claims! They obviously do this so that you will wait out your PayPal claim time before their "allotted time for delivery" ends! Fortunately PayPal took the money back out of their account and put it into mine, but I feel bad for anyone else who has been scammed by them. Stay away from this website.

Bought an item in November 2013 and still haven't received it and it's now January 2014. I emailed several time to contact them but never received any response. I have escalated to a claim at PayPal and am waiting to see what they do. This site is obviously a scam cause you can't even pull it up any longer.

This site is a total scam. They took my money, thankfully PayPal reimbursed me. PayPal is going to shut them down.

A website selling clothing and boots at discount prices. My "invoice" came to my email not from the website but from some sketchy email that looks to be an email domain from China. No response to my requests for more info from the company. They haven't yet pulled the money from my paypal account, and I told them I had paypal prepared to put a stop on the payment if it did post. Looking into it the site is only 1 month old as of Oct 2013--I didn't realize how many fake shoe sites there are out there. BUYER BEWARE IF THIS SITE!! I became suspicious because they had EVERY size of a a boot that are discontinued or down to one or two sizes in the U.S. I should have not gotten so excited right off the bat.
