They lie about pricing. For instance a room in the Sheraton hotel is priced from 32 euros, but when you try to book it, its 123 euros Hence misleading and unethical.

Booked 1 room for 1 aug 2016, and immediately canceled , without charge. But Galahotel has immediately debited my account. After many claims, I always get the same answer " Our bank is still processing your refund, we sincerely apologize for the delay. Your message will be forwarded to our accounting department who will try to urge this process" So I can say that ***** is at least suspect, and probably dishonest

Suspicoous, since booking did not appear at hotel, no connection at service phone numbers. Nothing to trust.

I can also recommend this site. I have used it many times and sofa only had good experiences and good price/value hotels. Don´t understand where the negative evaluation is coming from?

I can honestly recommend this site for every one. No spam, no problems. I've booked a hotel room a year ago in Paris and know I'm looking for a nice place in Rome.

I have booked hotel rooms two times with them. Always no problem, exceptionally good rates, all worked fine. A friend of mine (who recommended this site) also uses it frequently.
