Is gameholds.com Safe?

Prices for videogames are great, but game activation codes do not always work. Here is a story: 1. I bought the Elder Scrolls Online 60-days gamecard code from Gameholds, and received it withing 1 hour (no problems so far). 2. But when I tried to redeem the code on my Elder Scrolls Online account page, it failed. ESO page said "Invalid code". 3. I wrote to Gameholds support, they contacted me the same day. 4. They asked me to send a screenshot of my ESO Redeem Code page with my code, I did it. 5. They apologized and said that they will send me a new or corrected code. END OF STORY: OK, good news here! After I contacted support they re-sent me a new gametime code (I waited 2 days). The code worked just fine. AS A RESULT: If you want to buy cheap ESO game time codes, Gameholds is quite good. But be careful and always contact support if something goes wrong. Their support is quite quick and polite. Cheers!

Bought 7 Days to Die Steam key, I was sent a region locked steam gift. Store page did not say that it would be a region locked gift. Their support email inbox was full based on the error I received when I sent the email. Contacted them with a facebook message which was answered a week later. After that they also updated the store page to show thta it's a gift and required VPN activation. I was told that they will refund the purchase, still no sign of a refund after a week. Edit: After two weeks of my purchase and no refund, I opened a dispute with paypal and got refunded within few hours.

So I've bought a Titanfall key when the game was released, and just after I bought it, I began reading the comments and was afraid the key would never arrive, but it did. It took some hours to deliver, but I wasn't expecting an instant deliver either. They were pretty fast to respond to my questions (via Facebook).

They sell RUSSIAN (maybe illegals) KEYS and they don't respond to you. My boyfriend bought a key for the game Metro Last Light from this website. We are french and we need only europeans keys, and this key was noticed "Free". When he tried to put the key in his steam account, he had this message "this key is not available in your country". He have contacted admins, they said that his key was for all countries, and they asked some screenshots. My bf sent the screens, and after, he had no more answers. Since this, he can't connect at the website. Maybe they have deleted his account ? o_O He try to put a new steam account into russian, and used an fake russian IP, after he enter the key, and it worked ! SO the key was not for europeans, but for russians ! I guess it's because their keys was stolen... Use russian keys in your steam account is dangerous, because some keys are illegals and your account can be frozen. DO NOT BUY ANY KEY FROM THIS WEBSITE. The service is also very bad, you will receive the key after of 30 minutes even in afternoon, and you can get a Russian key without knowing it !

A reseller of some 1.3 thousand deactivated retail key codes for Natural Selection 2. These keys were deactivated because a reseller had purchased them with stolen credit card information. It just so happens that on the steam community forum page for Natural Selection 2 that gameholds appears as a common reseller who a user says they have a deactivated key from. Here is the damage in the end: The game developer suffered $30k in damages, they lost the sale of the keys and had to pay an additional service fee per chargeback. The customers of this fraud website are out at least $25. To top it off, a customer quoted a service ticket and the Gameholds customer representative straight up lied about contacting Unknown Worlds about the deactivated key dispute. See: ***** A note: Your key doesn't get deactivated if you break rules in the game. The developers don't moderate that. ALWAYS BUY FROM OFFICIAL SELLERS, FOLKS! It might be more expensive but you won't lose your money to a scam and lose a game!

This website sell video games and game time cards. After some skepticism I purchased a copy of a game. My order was completed within 20 minutes, I received a key to redeem on Steam and this worked flawlessly. I see no reason not to use this merchant again.
