I've purchased from this site since 2000, back when it was a great deal site, and still called ComputerGeeks.com. I built at least two computers with motherboards, drives and other parts from it. Then they got purchased and tried to become a modder website, but everything they had was flashy and expensive. Since then they've settled back down into a decent place to buy stuff occasionally. I've purchased cameras, mini fridges, and the occasional electronic nick-nack, but they are overshadowed by NewEgg as far as computers and computer parts go. Never had a problem with their service, always fixed any mix-ups or bad hardware. Unfortunately they're closing their doors as of today. Their ads have graced my inbox for 13 years, and I'll miss them.

I love this website! You can't beet their prices. I have never had any issues with any of my orders and everything I have bought from them has met or exceeded my expectations of quality. BUT, I will admit that the number of advertisements they have emailed me lately has been a bit excessive. Got 3 of them in the last 24 hours, when there is normally at least a day or two between them.

I have used Geeks alot. They do provide pretty good service. Some items do get free shipping, but it takes 5-7 days, otherwise, shipping is a tad too high. But all in all good to deal with.

Great! Very friendly customer service! I know there are some bad comments pertaining to this issue, but I think ***** must have changed their customer service. I received a bad item and requested a refund. They sent me a prepaid shipping label immediately and promised to refund the whole payment! Computer Geeks is great!

Have purchased several times from this site over the past 4 years. They move a high volume of products so sometimes it does take longer than normal. Just be patient- the pricing can't be beat!!

I've been using computer geeks for years. It's great for getting cheap stuff. (customer service on site is a little lacking).

Just in the past year I received a DOA universal remote and they would not refund the money. I orders mobile rack for an IDE drive they sent one for SATA. Can't be trusted.
