Is getmein.com Safe?

Resale site that is owned by ticketmaster. Unlike others (i'm looking viagogo), get me in has a guarantee for their tickets so they'll replace or refund any tickets that have been fraudulently listed. I don't like resale tickets in general, but at least this seems one of the lesser evils out there

I HIGHLY recommend this site. It is owned and ran by Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster itself will not refund many tickets, and therefore Get Me In is a way for the ticketholder to legally sell on their own tickets. You deal directly with their offices, and not with the ticketholders. Payments are secure, and if you have any issue with your sale they will do everything to fix it without a fuss. I have used this site on many occasions, one of which I did have an issue where I was sent the wrong tickets. I was sent 4 tickets for a show in Sunderland instead of 2 in Manchester. I made them aware and they very quickly resolved the issue! Customer services were very friendly and helpful. I have since used Get Me In for many other concerts and shows and have recommended the site to MANY friends and continue to do so.The site was originally suggested to me by another friend who had used it often, and after making my first purchase I found that a lot of my other friends who go to concerts regularly had also used the site, and I do not know of one issue which wasnt resolved without fuss. It does tend to be pricey, but I do not mind this due to the fact you know EXACTLY what you are buying. The seat numbers are always displayed before selecting your tickets and you can choose the one which suits you, meaning you are not paying the same high price for a ticket in the worst part of the arena as you would for the best seats. You often buy front row tickets from here with ease. Simply select the ticket and price which you are comfortable with and you will have a fantastic time because you arent shoved right to the back of the arena, therefore the added cost is definitely worth it!

I have ordered 2 expencieve tickets for the Eric Clapton concert 5 months ago and I did not recieve my tickets. They have to send to Spain from London thus I do not have my tickets and I have booked my holidays for nothing! I advise not to buy anything via this website, to talk with the customer service is imposiible does not exist. Do not buy anything via this website!

This site doesn't sell you the tickets, they act as a middle man so if you don't get your tickets then you need to inform the site as it's the person selling who is the problem. I've used this site a few times to get tickets to Rhod Gilbert and Jimmy Carr and not had any problems

this site is ok, I sold 3 take that tickets last year that I bought from ticketmaster. If you buy tickets from this site you have to wait for the sellers to recieve their tickets if they bought them online, which in my case was just 7 days before the concert but the buyers got them in time.

Owned by Ticketmaster - so hardly dodgy! They act as market place for buyers and sellers, guaranteeing tickets to buyers (the sellers get massively fined if they can't deliver!). Reliable site. Risk free to buyers. The other comments are biased as they don't like ticket re-selling despite it still being legal!
