Warning: Beware of GetMoreTracks - Fraudulent Company with Poor Customer Service If have the choice to give -10 stars I will give.recently I had a terrible experience with GetMoreTracks, and I feel compelled to warn others about their fraudulent practices and abysmal customer service. My account was locked due to a forgotten password, and I attempted to recover it through their website as one would expect. However, the recovery process proved to be a nightmare. When I called their customer support, they asked me an alarming amount of personal information, including my account number, routing number, date of birth, address, and phone number. I was on the phone with them for approximately 45 minutes, desperately trying to regain access to my account, but to no avail. To my surprise, they informed me that I would be charged $5 without any clear explanation as to why. Despite my efforts, my account remained locked, and they provided no assistance in recovering my password. Now, I am left without any access to my account and the service I paid for. It is evident that GetMoreTracks is a fraudulent company that preys on its customers and fails to provide the basic support one would expect. I strongly urge everyone to exercise caution when dealing with GetMoreTracks. Their unethical practices and lack of customer care make them a company to avoid at all costs. Protect yourself and choose a more reputable and trustworthy service for your needs. Please be aware and stay away from GetMoreTracks.
