Is gevalia.com Safe?

They are better known for spamming than for selling coffee. They may remove you from their mailing list if you complain, but six months later you'll be getting spam again. If they control the quality of their coffee and equipment suppliers as well as they control the quality of their marketing affiliates, they're in trouble.

Great place to buy coffee if you need it shipped to you, great coffee maker, i have been a member of this site for over a year now, and i'm very satisfied with their products and their control panel, it takes few seconds to change your orders. I would recommend this site to anyone

Overpriced coffee, coffee pot lasted about 3 months, they constantly call my home phone, mail, and E-mail me trying to sell me stuff I don't want. I also received some mail that had I not read it closely would have allowed them to enroll me into another "club" that was very expensive, and if I didn't send a card back to them stating that I didn't want to join I would be billed and enrolled without asking me personally and getting my permission. They are also very hard to cancel an account with. Bad company in my opinion. I won't be back.

1. one of the worst coffee makers ever made, besides the Mr Coffee Insulated one. (gevalia one drips everywhere, clock is off, parts break easily) 2. shittiest products, low grade coffee doesn't even taste good. 3. they trap you into a contract, you must buy coffee from them or they charge you for not buying coffee. 4. Reliable?? hah, coffee was always a week and a half late, (if you wanna call that reliable...) 5. Prepare for spam... and lots of it. 6. I prefer a perculator full of folgers after dealing with these fukkers.

Generally good telephone customer service. Website has gone down over the last year. Although I had difficulties with spam in the past, I have not had this experience in the past year. One difficulty was not web-related, but they sent me a shipment I did not request. Although they notified me online about it, it was too late to cancel. I called them and received a full refund. I would say my experience is mixed. Their coffee is way overpriced, but hey, they've got to pay for those coffee pots somehow!
