Is gifts2coimbatore.com Safe?

Hi , I have ordered the flowers and chocolates for dewali gift in ***** but i tried to order the items 3 times and all the transactions got filed. Very worst site i have ever tried. All the time money got deducted and when they credit the transaction back to my account, they deducted service tax and other taxes from that. Also gift is not even worthy to order, when gift is delivered, flowers are not even fresh and bad chocolates. Better don't spend even single penny on this website. Very poor customer satisfaction.

I tried using this website for the first time to give my father a bouquet and sweets. The bouquet ordered was a "Beautiful 30 nos peach roses" But eventually what I got was a 30 rose flower tied in a rubber band, not even arranged and appealing. I understand the flowers may differ for locality and availability but atleast the flowers should be arranged to make it a bouquet. Moreover you cannot catch hold of the people in the top to give a complaint because they will not talk to you. The higher officials may talk only to people they think. This was the reply I got from the Assistant manager of this website. I could not reach higher. Sweet is okay and my opinion is beware from this.
