1- my shipment was stolen from my front door. Since i did not pay for the insurance they would not get involved in the claims process. It was the first time it had ever been left at my front door & they did not knock on the door or ring door bell. In the past it was always left at the back door in my fenced patio. I lived in a apartment complex on the main street. So I started the claim & was getting no were. Until I asked about drop off policies. Then I was told they need the sender to contact them. After a couple of days I called shipping company back & was told the claim would be paid to the sender & they needed them to get involved. I finally had to go to pay Pal & have them reverse the charges.
