It's a nice site where individuals can socialize and create .gifs.
However, since it's still a new site, not many features like deleting your account or full privacy protection aren't available at this moment. Staff must be low to since a lot of users from my observation, including teenagers have been violating the rules exposing themselves, blackmail and impersonating others. Besides that issue, the site can be enjoyable, just be cautious. When the site improves, I'll edit my rating.
