Is globalknowledge.ca Safe?

They contacted me in June 2011 via telephone, telling me that they were in contact with the former IT Manager and just wanted to follow up with him. Since I knew that I am the first and only IT Manager for INTERNeX I was wondering who that person was and asked them to send me his name. That was of course a mistake, because now they started sending me frequently Emails about IT training for our staff that we don't need or want. They as well called me every two weeks, asking if we would need any IT training. I told them many times that we are a company with very basic IT needs. All of our staff members are familiar with the tools we use, so we do not need any kind of training. As I said, I told them that many times, but they kept calling… every two weeks. The last time they called me was yesterday (31. August 2011) and I was getting very upset with them and even hung up. Today they contacted my boss, asking if we would need any IT training and he asked me who those annoying people are. I told him the story and he is already upset about their aggressive marketing strategy, expecting that more Emails and even phone calls will come. Bad Form GlobalKnowledge
