Is go-mpulse.net Safe?

I'm seeing this at the New York Times, where I want to believe there is no reason to not trust it, but the Time's site works fine without so I continue to block. Insufficient data (not that I spent a lot of time researching) to land on either side of yellow for me.

go-mpulse.net provide no public info on what scripts is serving, what is doing and on what purposes. The only place I found it until now was ***** which is working perfectly with go-mpulse blocked. Therefore, I don't trust this web site and I blocked its scripts.

Another script server. Seems that every site I have reviewed lately was a script server. Never suitable for children and always suspicious especially, like this one, going to go-mpulse.net gets nowhere. No webpage. This means they are not using that name to advertise their services and may be hiding something.
