Goarticles is an Article Submission site and i am sure the owners and admin do there utmost to keep the site clean. Of course there will be some negative user experience as the end user may not agree whats been written for they may have different views as does everybody on differing issues/comments. Blogs are written by people who are passionate about there particular interest and you only have to jog down to your local to hear different views on whats usually the same topic..I use this site and others with similar attributes for linking and exposure for my websites.

Most people are here to spam. I have contacted the admin before regarding spams. They reply within a few hours and got the articles removed. They have more room to improve but if users get more helpful to get those spam sites removed, the site will be a good place to be.
