Is gotogate.com Safe?

I had a really bad experience with Gotogate. They replied only one time in phone asking me to contact the company directly... I don't know why I should use an intermediary then. So, they never replied to my mail and never refund me. Strongly not recommand if you want to sleep in peace in case of unexpected. Nathan

Мошенники. Купил билеты в феврале 2020г., номер бронирования S16UQP. Рейс был отменен из-за коронавируса, оформил возврат на сайте а/к, и а/к вернула деньги по моему бронированию gotogate. Но gotogate мои деньги украли и не возвращают, на мои запросы в службу поддержки eTrackNr 45026903, 45105046, 45599248, ***** не отвечают. Просто украли деньги, и все. Мошенники!

I have booked a flight and paid in full with Go To Gate through Skyscanner 2 months ago. I would like to share my bad experience with this company to others. I am a frequent traveler and I have never been through a such hassle and worrying with Go to Gate for my flight bookings. They canceled my original booking without re-booked for me even there is an alter flight available which have confirmed by airline. I am suppose leaving next Thursday and I still haven't got the completed flight booked to my destination.... This is the worst travel company I have never experiencing before. Emails and phone calls NO SHOW!!! This is absolutely took away all my excitement and fun from my holiday. My advise to you all STAY AWAY from this company if you want to hassles free and don't get RIP OFF by GOTOGATE!!
