Business is fraudulent and customer service is malicious. My experience: I placed a simple order online on July 22nd for grass to be delivered July 29th. I called at 8:30 July 23rd to ask some questions about additional services they offer. The person on the phone (Michael at extension 230) suggested some modifications to my order. I added installation service and changed the delivery date to August 4th. I thought all was well. I got a call from Michael at about noon on July 23rd where he left a voicemail saying that he was not able to modify the order and that the "original order" is being delivered tomorrow July 24th. My "original order" was never for the 24th. The original order was supposed to be for the 29th. I immediately called them back and was routed to a manager. I told them that I cannot accept the order on the 24th because it isn't the original date. The 24th is a Tuesday and I will be at work all day and cannot accept this order. I told them to cancel everything. I told them to cancel both orders because they are obviously too disorganized to handle this. The manager REFUSED to cancel this order. He said that any cancellation needs to be done within 48 hours of the delivery date. The problem is that the delivery date for the original order was supposed to be on the 29th, but the manager claimed that it is supposed to be on 24th. After repeated requests, they said they refuse to cancel the order and they will deliver tomorrow on a Tuesday where I am going to be at work all day and the whole week. The original order was to be delivered on the 29th which is a Sunday. The modified order was to be on August 4th, which is a Saturday. I called my credit card company and disputed the charges. UPDATE: After repeated demands that they cancel my order, they threatened to charge me with theft. This is an item that hasn't even been loaded on a truck yet and they said they will not cancel the order and then file charges of theft against me if I call my credit card and dispute the charges. UPDATE 2: They have finally agreed to cancel the order and credit the charge they placed on my card. My card still says that the charge is pending, but I have an email from them stating they have canceled the order and that they will credit my card. I will update again when the charge has been credited.
