Is gravitydefyer.com Safe?

I have dealt with GravityDefyers on a number of occasions and found their product to be of superior quality, so much so that the last time I bought 2 pairs of their shoes at once. I found their shoes to be very comfortable AND my feet were MUCH less tired at the end of the day after switching to GravityDefyers. Their advertising claims have been proven with me. The only complaint that I have is they use cheap shoelaces. Everything else has held up wonderfully.

This company is known for very poor customer service. I had to return a pair of shoes because they were painful. I first submitted a "Support Case" using their online customer service - no response. I used the system to send another note - no response. I tried to call customer support - no answer, the phone just keeps ringing and eventually disconnects. Tried again and after letting the phone ring for about 5 minutes someone finally answered. I was promised a refund but had to pay to ship the shoes back, fine. Two months later - no refund. Had to go through the same pain again trying to contact customer service - they apologized and promised a refund within 3 days. Finally got the refund! Doing an internet search I found others that have had the same experience, some have given up on getting their refund.
