Is greenbergdental.com Safe?

Due to problems with a dentist employed by Greenberg Dental I couldn't locate the corp. HQ phone number! I was told there would be a refund of work done at the Lake Mary dental office. Experience there as follows; Back to dentist for more mouth molds. Pain & swelling seems to be getting worse on that problem tooth that should have been pulled! A bit angry over todays visit to dentist. 1. tried to charge for 8th tooth again. 2. No gauze given to take home. 3. Instead of treating results of pulled teeth, was told to keep dentures in for two hours. Meanwhile the pain & blood was increasing. Putting in the denture prevented healing! It's understood dentures are to take natural shape of gums, but treatment of wounds comes first! Dentures can be adjusted & softened afterwards! Tuesday, January 21, 2014; Going to call Greenberg about adjusting lower denture. I called , left message about getting denture adjusted, they didn't call back today! January 29, 2014; Well still nothing from Greenberg Dental! Maybe they know what a folly they did on my mouth and are ashamed to give me an appointment! Took out the denture today and finally put them in to evaluate where it needs to be adjusted. I drew a diagram & made a note. Basically still not completely healed and the whole front row of denture needs to be smoothed out! February 16, 2014; So I didn't have this bone wound until after my lower teeth were removed. Denture is definitely bulky in general! I made entry in Health diary about my adjustments and Greenberg owes me two more. I also want to suggest removing both lower molars and smoothing out the rear area as much as possible on the lower denture. I'll bet this will not go over too well with Dr. Lopez however! In short, I should probably change to another dentist because after this experience, I don't want Dr. Michael Lopez removing the rest of my upper 5 teeth! God why must I need to fight my every endeavor I partake in? April 16, 2014; Finally went back to Greenberg and Dr. Michael Lopez with my final verdict of opinion. Like I figured Dr. Lopez got belligerent, he said, "You'll never be happy!" I just expressed the A.D.A. info I got from the web and said the denture simply does not work! I did express that I'm tired of getting "dictated at" also! The secretary told me there will be a full refund on the denture with the molding process included?. When I bring back the denture, I will ask for some kind of written confirmation about the so called "Refund!" I don't trust these people due to behavior in the past and should put my opinion on the Web Of Trust about Dr. Lopez! I should also bring a witness with me when returning the denture! Was told I'd get a phone call from corp HQ. Five days gone by without a call from the Greenberg Corp. HQ about getting a refund! I really did predict Dr. Lopez acting like a child instead of offering to do the denture over again! Dr. Lopez just stormed off! There may be something on the web about contacting their Corporation HQ. If no call comes by 04/24, consider that seriously!
