Should be 18 or older, that's why the "be cautious" rating for child safety. Other than that, good site with no issues.

I really have no idea why this website has a bad rating. I signed up specifically because the bad rating made no sense to me. The website itself is safe, I have ordered from this vendor plenty of times, this website is one of many many vendor websites out there yet, in my opinion, is one of the best vendor websites I've seen out there due to more information about each product on each product page. I've used my debit card plenty of times on this site, have gotten my product and have had no issues.

I do not know why this has negative rep. I know people in the USA who buy from this vendor and are very happy. I have not personally bought from here because I buy from a couple of UK vendors, but I have see the products and I hear nothing but good about them. Give them a try.
