Is greenvaluehost.com Safe?

Повелся на дешевые дополнительные IP по 0.25$ за штуку. Перед покупкой написал в тикет с вопросом можно их использовать для моих целей, ответ был положительным. Заказал VPS и 29 дополнительных IP, оплатил по прайсу (10.20 USD). Сначала сделали только VPS без дополнительных IP. Написал в тикеты. Спросили зачем мне IP. Я ответил с цитатой из первого тикета. После мне сделали 5 IP и ответили что больше на этой ноде у них нет и предложили перенести на другую. Я согласился. Ждал 3 дня, ответа не было. Написал еще раз в тикеты, у меня опять спросили зачем мне они. Ответил во второй раз то же самое. Ответа нет уже 3 день. Сейчас решил уже наплевать на них и оставить тут отзыв. Купил VPS 09/11/2014, сегодня уже ***** Деньги списываются, а услугу в полной мере так и не предоставили. Никому не советую связываться с ними!
