Donnez-leur un email pour votre commande et interdisez dès le départ qu'il soit réutilisé pour du spam. Vous ne recevrez dès le lendemain puis après à une bonne fréquence. Les plaintes sont ignorées. Et moi, j'ignorerai ce site à l'avenir.

An item was missing from my order. I have emailed, sent three communications through their customer service portal, rung their international rate customer service number - and been cut off by an electronic system, tried to use their web chat, only to hang on for half an hour. I can't follow up. This is THEFT with a French accent. If they would just respond, even if it was just f*** off. DONT USE THEM

Très bon site de vente, pas eu de problèmes jusque là, ils vendent des produits très rare et fort utile et qui fonctionnent, comme un produit que j'ai depuis un an et qui m'a permis de grosses économie d'eau.
