I've never faced something more lagging than their TVs, lol. I understand why the quality is like that, of course the price is very low, so no surprise they have no particular goal to sell quality TVs for such a price. Software is android, but it seems to be android of 2012 era. The design is neat, that is a fact, they TVs can fit any kind of room, style, because it's quite universal. However, can't state that it's my recommendation in terms of their TVs. It's better to pay attention to more pricey products.

This is about product quality & support. I have purchased 32 inch lcd TV & its not working from last 3 months. Each time their call canter talks in sweet language but fails to do anything. Hair's regional manager does not pick up phone. This company is worst in product quality & support & will surely sink in next 1-2 years.
