Following a service they quoted me to replace front brake pads (amongst other work) warning they "urgently" needed replacing. I decided to have somebody else do this, who found 6-7mm of pad remaining, not the 3mm they said (new pads are 11mm). For me thats probably 2 years worth of wear left before I reach the 3mm replace point. They asked me to return for an inspection, but there is no way i'm trusting my car in their care again, who knows what else they're capable of.
