Is hamperking.com.au Safe?

Its not so much the site I am rating, its the company and its ethics. Has a tendency to deceive customers by changing payment amounts without notice, eg.. Contractual payments might be, say, $7.23 a week but up untill (strangely) June this Year(Tax time) they take say, $8.58 on a randomly picked week without notice, then, adjust the new payment to say, $7.02 there after. Maybe that might reduce your weekly payments but they get more monies out of you then the contract states and also that gives more moneies back to them if you cancel the order early. This has acured on many occassions with my account with them and on one occassion, I left only the Contactual amount in the bank, say the $7.23 but HamperKing went for, say, $8.58, therefore, not enough funds said HamperKing, so they go and charge my account a dishonour fee of $2.50. My bank also tried to charge me a disonour fee of $50 but after exposing this scam by HamperKing, the bank removed the fee. And one last comment, I find out now they have segregated their customers into a rich/poor category by advertising a Total No Frills Hamper. What has happened OZ.
